As the Restaurant Manager at El Camino, you are responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant, developing and implementing good routines and ensuring that our team delivers the best guest experience every day. The position is an operational management position where a high degree of presence in the operation is expected (day, evening, weekend). It also involves operational and budget responsibility, quality assurance, daily personnel responsibility and training of employees.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, service-minded and at the same time passionate about delivering the best service experiences. You are someone who motivates and leads your employees with a good mood, and you are a good communicator who is concerned with good results at all levels. Tasks/areas of responsibility Top and bottom line responsibility for your restaurant Operate in accordance with laws, rules and regulations such as IK-Mat and HSE. Ensure that the company's strategies are implemented in your own restaurant Guest treatment, production planning and ordering

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar position
Structured with good skills in finance, organization and planning
Good oral and written presentation skills, both in Norwegian and English
Relevant education can be an advantage but not a "must"

For our breakfast team in Bogstadveien, Oslo we are hiring part- and fulltime employees.

Breakfast starts as early as 05.00 for kitchen staff and 06.30 for front staff so you must to be able to commute this early(sometimes public transport can be difficult in the early hours)

For kitchen staff
Your duties will mainly include food production, whilst ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the kitchen at all times. Dishwashing and cleaning is an essential part of this job. When needed, you must be prepared to go the extra mile, and always with a smile :) You always pay attention to details of food storage, handling and production and you happily follow kitchen instructions, routines and recipes.

For front staff
Your duties will mainly include giving the best customer service, whilst ensuring smooth and efficient operations. When needed, you must be prepared to go the extra mile, and always with a smile :) You are enthusiastic, positive and you bring a good attitude to work.  You are efficient, hardworking and you enjoy a fast paced workday.

For both positions we are looking for teamplayers that are energetic, good at multitasking, and you keep calm in stressful situations.
Fluency in english and knowledge in any scandinavian languages will be a plus!
NB! We require previous and relevant experience from working in our kitchen environment.
